Some written content on this site is drafted with AI and reviewed by a member of our team for accuracy before publication. We do not publish AI-generated reviews or testimonials, do not use AI to impersonate a human, and do not run chatbots or session replay. Our beer is brewed by people and our pizza is made by people.
Are calls to the brewery recorded?
Yes. Calls to our business line are recorded and transcribed. Florida is an all-party consent state, so we tell you at the start of the call; staying on the line is your consent. Recordings and transcripts are retained for 12 months, then deleted, and are accessible only to our owners and authorized managers. If you would rather not be recorded, hang up and email us instead.
Can the AI be wrong, and how do I reach a human?
Yes, it can be confidently wrong about hours, prices, availability, or event details. Nothing produced by our AI is a binding offer, reservation, quote, or guarantee — a booking exists only when a person from our team confirms it in writing. Never rely on AI output for a food allergy decision; speak to a manager in person.
