Craft Beer on Tap at Our Fort Lauderdale Brewery

Every house beer at Uncommon Path Brewing is brewed on-site in Fort Lauderdale's Progresso Village, poured a few steps from the tanks it came out of. We are a nano brewery, so the tap list turns over constantly — this page loads the current list live rather than listing beers that may already be gone.

Do you brew your own beer on-site?

Yes. Uncommon Path Brewing is a working nano brewery, and our house beer is brewed in the building you drink it in, at 710 NW 5th Ave in Fort Lauderdale. Nano scale means every keg matters: each batch is small, every pour reflects a decision made at every stage, and one beer rarely tastes like the next. Our beer is brewed by people, not automated, and we do not contract the house list out to another brewery.

What styles of beer do you usually have on tap?

The specific beers rotate, but the style families do not. This page carries a plain-English style guide covering IPA and hazy New England IPA, pale ale, lager and pilsner, wheat beer and hefeweizen, amber and red ale, brown ale, blonde and golden ale, porter, stout, sour and kettle sour, and saison and farmhouse ale — so you can tell what you are looking at before you order. If you are not sure what you want, ask the bar; that is what the staff are there for.

Are all the taps house-brewed, or are there guest beers?

Both. The live list shows the brewing company beside each pour, so house-brewed beer is always distinguishable from guest taps, collaborations, and non-beer options such as hard seltzer. We also pour a full bar alongside the taps — curated wine and cocktails — for anyone in your group who is not drinking beer.

How do I see what is on tap right now?

The tap list on this page loads live and updates as kegs change, and it is published through our Untappd for Business menu, so what you see here is what is actually pouring. Any beer named in a blog post, an old photo, or a printed list may already have blown. When a keg kicks it comes off this list; when something new goes on it appears here.

Can I get beer to go, or have it shipped?

To-go beer is handled in person at the counter at our licensed premises in Fort Lauderdale, for guests 21 and older with valid government-issued photo identification. We do not ship beer to any address, in any state, for any reason, and nothing on this website is an offer to sell or ship alcohol. Tap descriptions and beer lists here are informational only.

Where can I drink it, and when are you open?

We are at 710 NW 5th Ave, Suite 1071, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311, in Progresso Village near Flagler Village and the Thrive Art District. We open daily at noon and close at 10 PM Monday through Thursday, 11 PM Friday and Saturday, and 8 PM Sunday. Free street parking is available on NW 5th Ave and the surrounding blocks. There is indoor and open-air seating, the patio is dog-friendly, and the wood-fired kitchen runs alongside the taps, so you can eat where you drink.
