Dog-Friendly Brewery & Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

Uncommon Path Brewing is a dog-friendly brewery and restaurant in Fort Lauderdale's Progresso Village. Dogs are welcome on our open-air patio, where you can order the full wood-fired menu and every house-brewed beer on tap, and there is free street parking on NW 5th Ave and the surrounding blocks. Families are welcome too, so a patio table works just as well for a weeknight dinner with the dog as it does for a Saturday afternoon with the kids.

Where dogs can sit

Our patio is open-air seating with full food and drink service, and it is the dog-friendly area of the brewery. Indoor taproom seating is people-only, in line with Florida's rules for outdoor dog-friendly dining: dogs stay leashed, on the ground and off the chairs and tables. Ask your server if you need a bowl of water.

What to eat and drink

The kitchen is wood-fired: hand-stretched pizzas like the Hot Honey, oven-roasted wings, salads, meatballs and shareable plates, alongside a rotating tap list brewed on site and a full bar with wine and cocktails. Kids order from the same menu.

Parking, hours and getting here

We are at 710 NW 5th Ave, Suite 1071, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311, just north of Flagler Village and a short drive from downtown, Las Olas and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Street parking is free on NW 5th Ave and the nearby blocks, and we open daily at noon.

Dog-friendly events

Trivia on Tuesdays and live music on Fridays both spill onto the patio, so your dog can come along for the week's events. Big nights get crowded, so a calmer dog will have a better time on a weekday afternoon or early evening.

Is Uncommon Path Brewing dog-friendly?

Yes. Dogs are welcome on our open-air patio in Fort Lauderdale, with full food and drink service. Indoor seating is people-only.

Can I eat with my dog, or is the patio drinks only?

You can order the full menu on the patio: wood-fired pizza, wings, salads and shareable plates, plus every beer on tap, wine and cocktails.

Are there rules for dogs on the patio?

Florida's outdoor-dining rules apply: keep your dog leashed, on the ground and off the furniture, and please clean up after them. If your dog is not comfortable around people or other dogs, a quieter weekday visit is the better call.

Is the brewery kid-friendly as well?

Yes. Families and kids are welcome, kids order from the food menu, and there is indoor and patio seating.

Is there parking near the brewery?

Free street parking on NW 5th Ave and the surrounding Progresso Village blocks.
