Uncommon Path Brewing hosts private events and full taproom buyouts for up to 120 guests in Fort Lauderdale. The Gathering (Up to 40 guests): $1,000 food and beverage minimum plus a $750 space rental. The Celebration (40–80 guests): $2,000 food and beverage minimum plus a $750 space rental. The Takeover (80–120 guests): $3,000 food and beverage minimum plus a $750 space rental. Open bar add-on available at $800 in tracked consumption. Custom quotes on request.

How many people can you host for a private event?
Our taproom hosts private events from intimate groups up to 120 guests, across three tiered buyout packages: up to 40, 40–80, and 80–120. Each comes with its own food-and-beverage minimum plus a flat $750 space rental.
How much does it cost to book the brewery for a private event?
Every private buyout includes a $750 space rental plus a food-and-beverage minimum based on your group size: $1,000 for up to 40 guests, $2,000 for 40–80, and $3,000 for 80–120. The minimum is simply what you spend on food and drinks during your event — not an extra charge on top of it.
What is included in a taproom buyout?
Private use of the space for your group, our wood-fired kitchen, house-brewed craft beer and full beverage service, flexible seating, and a dedicated point of contact who runs your event from planning through cleanup.
Can I add an open bar?
Yes. A hosted open bar is available as an add-on, billed at $800 in tracked consumption. We'll help you pick the format that fits your group and your budget.
What kinds of private events do you host?
Birthdays, corporate events and team building, rehearsal dinners, showers, holiday parties, anniversaries, and celebrations of every kind. If it's worth gathering for, we'll host it.
How far in advance should I book?
Two weeks is ideal and one week is the minimum for most private events. Popular dates and larger buyouts book up quickly, so reach out as early as you can.
Do you provide catering and a custom menu for events?
Yes. We build a custom wood-fired menu around your event and headcount — pizzas, shareable plates, salads, and sides — alongside craft beer and full beverage service in the taproom.
