Refund Policy
Our refund policy explains what we refund, what we do not, and how to ask. It applies to purchases made through uncommonpathbrewing.com and to invoices we send, and forms part of our Terms of Service. Talk to us first — most problems are solved faster by phone than by a chargeback.
Can I return artwork or merchandise?
Yes. You may return artwork or merchandise within 14 days of delivery or pickup for a refund of the item price, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, issued within 5 business days of receiving the return or approving the claim.
Can I get a refund on food or drink?
If something we serve you is not right, tell your server or a manager while you are still here and we will remake it, replace it, or take it off your check. We cannot refund food or drink after you have left, and because they are perishable and regulated we cannot accept returns of alcohol or food once they have left the building. Alcohol sales are final at the point of sale, as required under Florida beverage law.
What happens if I cancel a private event or catering booking?
Event deposits are non-refundable once your date is confirmed, because we take the date off the calendar. Cancel more than 30 days out and any amount paid above the deposit is refunded in full; cancel 14 to 30 days out and we refund 50% of amounts above the deposit; cancel inside 14 days and amounts paid are non-refundable. Where your signed event agreement says something different, the agreement controls.
