Security Disclosure
We are a small brewery, not a security company — which is exactly why we take reports seriously. If you have found a vulnerability in our website or systems, we want to hear about it, and we will not take legal action against you for telling us in good faith under this policy.
How do I report a security vulnerability?
Email security@uncommonpathbrewing.com, or our general contact address if that bounces. We acknowledge reports within 5 business days, confirm within 10 business days whether we could reproduce the issue, then send progress updates at least every 10 business days until it is resolved. Please do not post details publicly before we have had a chance to fix it.
Is there a safe harbor for good-faith research?
Yes. If you make a good-faith effort to comply with the policy, we will consider your research authorized under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, Florida Statutes chapter 815, and the anti-circumvention provisions of the DMCA, and will not pursue or support any action against you. We will not ask you to sign an NDA, and we will publicly credit you when the issue is fixed if you want the credit. We do not run a paid bug bounty.
What is in scope and what is not?
In scope: uncommonpathbrewing.com and the subdomains we operate, our serverless API endpoints, and our public checkout, invoice payment, quote approval, and event inquiry flows. Out of scope: third-party services we use but do not control, such as Stripe, Supabase, and Vercel; denial of service or stress testing of any kind; social engineering of our staff, vendors, or guests; and physical security of the taproom.
