Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy covers the physical items we ship — artwork from our art program and merchandise. Returns are handled separately under our refund policy.
Do you ship beer?
No. We never ship alcohol. Beer is sold only in person at our licensed premises in Fort Lauderdale, to guests 21 and older with valid identification. We do not ship beer to any address, in any state, for any reason, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell or ship alcoholic beverages.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship to street addresses in the United States and Canada, and nowhere else. Orders are packed within 2 to 5 business days; original artwork sometimes takes longer because pieces may need to come off a wall or be crated for safe transit. Domestic transit is typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, and Canada 7 to 21 business days including customs clearance. Canadian duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are your responsibility and are collected on delivery, not by us at checkout.
Can I pick up locally instead?
Yes, and it is free and usually the fastest option. Choose pickup at checkout or email us, and we will hold your item at the bar at 710 NW 5th Ave, Suite 1071, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311. Bring your order confirmation and photo identification. We hold pickups for 30 days.
