Our Terms of Service are the contract between you and Uncommon Path Brewing covering uncommonpathbrewing.com and every page, form, checkout, and phone line we operate. Using the site means you accept them. This is a summary; the full terms on this page control.
Do I have to be 21 to use this site?
Yes. We are an alcohol-related business, and you must be at least 21 years old to use our services. The age confirmation on the site is a self-certification, not proof of age — we verify age with government-issued photo identification in person before serving alcohol, as Florida law requires. We refuse service to anyone under 21, anyone who cannot produce valid identification, and anyone who appears intoxicated.
Do you sell alcohol online?
No. Alcoholic beverages are sold only in person at our licensed premises in Fort Lauderdale, for on-premises consumption or permitted to-go sales handled at the counter. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or ship alcohol, and we do not ship alcohol to any address under any circumstances. Menus, beer lists, and tap descriptions here are informational.
Are the menus, prices, and hours on this site guaranteed?
No. Menus, tap lists, prices, hours, and event details change frequently and may be out of date when you read them. They are estimates, not guarantees. Our kitchen is a shared, open-flame environment handling wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish, so we cannot guarantee any item is free of any allergen. The terms also contain a binding individual arbitration agreement and class action waiver, which you may opt out of within 30 days.
