    This brew was our OPB stout base that we added chocolate wheat, used slightly less barley and adjusted the srm slightly higher with darker caramel malts.

  • Balcones Wheated Whisky 4.7% abv - Brewed 2/28/22

    This is a second use barrel that we split batched a typical sour base and put half in stainless and half into the barrel - we also fermented it with our house brett culture.

  • stagg jr batch 15 - 12.5% ABV - Brewed 8/3/21

    This brew was our OPB stout base that we decided to take all the barley out (so technically a porter) and go with lighter caramel malts.
