At Uncommon Path Brewing we fire pies over live hardwood and brew our beer on-site, so a slice and a fresh pour are never more than a few steps apart. The oven and the dough

Our pizzas are baked in a wood-fired oven that runs hot enough to set a crust in minutes — blistered and charred at the edges, tender and chewy in the middle. The dough is made in-house and given a slow, cold ferment so it develops real flavor and an airy, open crumb before it ever meets the fire. It's the kind of crust that's hard to get from a conventional oven, and it's the backbone of every pie we serve.

Start with the Hot Honey — wood-fired pepperoni finished with a drizzle of chili honey — or The Fig, with fig jam, prosciutto, and arugula. Because we brew in-house, the pairing is easy.
